Pre-appointment Guidelines

Deposits

Non-refundable deposits are mandatory for booking each procedure. The deposits are in order to hold the appointment for the allotted amount of time for each service. Consultations/Botox/other small appointments will be $50, any filler appointments will be $100, any PDO threads/Micro-fat transfer/ other larger appointments will be $500. This deposit can be used towards any service or product in office and will be taken over the phone or in person prior to your appointment. If there is a no-call no show the deposit will be forfeited and an additional $75 no-show/same day cancellation fee will be charged.

Before the Appointment

Please see below instructions to ensure the best service experience and recovery:

7 days prior:

  • Avoid Ibuprofen
  • Avoid Vitamins
  • Avoid Aspirin
  • Avoid Herbal Supplements
  • Avoid Protein drinks/ supplements
  • Start taking Bromelain and Allergy Medication

48 Hours Prior:

  • Avoid alcohol
  • Avoid exercise especially before your appointment

Day of Appointment:

  • We recommend you eat a meal prior to coming in
  • Please arrive with clean face/no make up
  • Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork and/or numbing.
  • If taking antibiotics - please reschedule your Botox appointment, as this effects the results of the neurotoxins
  • If receiving dental work - 2 weeks prior or post procedure - please reschedule your appointment for your comfort
  • If receiving a Covid vaccine- 2 weeks prior or post procedure- please reschedule within a few week of your appointment, as this effects the results of the neurotoxins.

If you are using Alle please make sure to have the app downloaded prior to your appointment to see if you can receive any additional discounts once in office.

The Patient Portal link above allows our patients to fill out paperwork ahead of time, look at what you have spent, and also what services you currently have. In order to access the Patient Portal, you must first be seen by our practice to receive the login information.
